On November 16 was held an event organized by Law Firm TEDER and Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL). Established in 1856, BIL is not only the oldest of Luxembourg private banking group, but also one of the three largest banks in Luxembourg, which has a considerable impact on the country’s economic development. During the event, some of the best specialists from the bank made a presentation about investing in a slow growing market with sectorial stagnation and very high asset prices, in addition some interesting products/securities in these market conditions were presented.
During the second part of the event, the tax law specialist from TEDER, Janus Paurman spoke about topics related to tax law. Janus has worked in the Tax and Customs Board of Estonia and in an international audit company Ernst & Young Baltic AS. Janus has trained companies in the past and is currently lecturer of international tax law in Tallinn School of Economics.
